Bike Fitting
The purpose of collecting these measurements is to have an idea of how you have your current bike set up and how it works for you. If you have more than one bike then you can just fill in the form multiple times, once for each bike. Although the diagram shows a bike with drop bars, if you have a bike with flat bars, you can still submit the same measurement, just make sure to choose the correct bar type in the drop down.
Submit the dimensions in millimeters thanks.
Check out the guidance below.
Guidance
reach - A
The reach measurement we're looking for here is from the tip of the saddle to the centre of the stem part that clamps the stem. This isn't a horizontal measurement, just take a tape and measure directly from the saddle tip to the stem/bar junction. Remember to choose the correct type of bars you're measuring, from the dropdown on the form.
saddle height - B
This is your saddle height and should be measured from the bottom bracket spindle (the part that goes through the frame and joins the pedal cranks), inline with the seattube (so not vertical) up to the top of the middle of your saddle.
inside leg - C
Measurement C we call 'handlebar drop'. This is the distance that the top of your saddle is above (or below) your handlebars. Don't try to get all fancy with levels and rulers and stuff with this, just measure from the ground vertically up to the top of your saddle, then do the same to the top of your handlebar stem then take one measurement away from the other and you'll be left with handlebar drop. If your bar is lower than your saddle, this will be a positive number, negative if your bars are higher than your saddle.
handlebar type
Does your bike have drop handlebars, like on a traditional road bike. Or does it have flat handlebars like you would find on a mountain bike or town bike?
make / model / size
If you know what it is, tell us the make model and size of your current bike. If you know what year it was, from add that into the comments too.

Try and put as much information here that you can about how the bike rides. Is it comfortable? How far do you ride it? Do you feel cramped? Too stretched out? Is it too upright or are you bending over the bars too much? Maybe it's perfect. Just put as much information as you can. If you run out of space or have more details that won't fit here then email fitting@willowbike.com with more stuff. If you have had a professional bike fitting done elsewhere and you have the output from that, email it to the same address.
